Italian Meringue buttercream is soft and it`s almost cloud like. It melts in your mouth and has an amazing texture. When it´s made correctly it is also perfect for piping flowers using special nozzles. These cakes are simply show stoppers!

2-Days-Classes - Buttercream Flower

2 Days Buttercream Flower Basic Course

  • Course Level: BASIC
  • Date: 20th-21st November 2020
  • Time: 9am-5pm
  • Learn 9 flowers, Buds, Leafs and so much more
  • You´ll be given: Set of nozzles, Flower nail, nail wood holder, flower scissors, coupler and written instruction
  • Demonstration on how to make Glossy GG method buttercream & normal buttercream
  • Buttercream icing
  • Certificate of completion

Day 1 - Floral Cupcakes

  • Icing the cupcakes
  • practicing flower piping: Rose, Rose buds, Apple blossom, Hydrangea, Anemone, Buds, Leafs and arranging them on the cupcakes

 

 

Day 2 - Floral Wreath cake

  • Icing the cake
  • Ranunculus, Ranunculus buds, Mini Rose, Raspberry, Rice Flower, Buds, 3D leafs

  • How to make perfect Italian meringue buttercream (GG method)
  • How to cover cupcakes with buttercream
  • How to colour your buttercream using different techniques to achieve a natural look
  •  How to use a flower nail
  •  How to pipe several different kinds of flowers using buttercream
  • Piped flowers include different types of piped roses, blossom, open ranunculus, chryanthemum, filler flowers until they are ready for your cupcakes
  • How to place your piped flowers on your cake in the most beatiful arrangement

You will go home with a beautiful set of floral cupcakes and a wealth of new skills.

All ingredeints and equipment for the day are provided, you do not need to bring anything with you !

Please note that pictures are for illustrative purposes only. Dark coloured buttercream flowers do not taste good! In class, we will 

use lighter coloured buttercream so that taste and looks are not compromised!
